Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Mainland UK addresses only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Any order placed after 12pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard, although we may use another courier service if required.  If you need your items sooner, there is an Express Delivery option available at checkout, for which we use Royal Mail Tracked 24.

You will receive a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so that you can keep track of your delivery.

 

Delivery Rates:

Standard Delivery on orders over £75: Free

Standard Delivery on orders £75 and under:  £4.50

Express Delivery (flat rate):  £7

Please ensure you input the correct address when ordering as Curate Home Studio accept no liability when the wrong address has been provided. 

Please note, third-party couriers handle our deliveries so we cannot guarantee delivery at a specified time.

Curate Home Studio cannot be held liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
